How long do I get the totes?
Choose a package for 1 or 2 weeks. We offer easy extensions if you need more time โ just reach out before your pickup date.
Is delivery and pickup included?
Yes. We deliver and pick up your totes for free throughout St. Charles County.
Do I need to clean them?
Just empty them and snap the lids. We sanitize between every customer.
What if I need more?
We'll run extra totes out same or next day. You only pay for what you use.
Is there a deposit?
No deposit. Totes are numbered and tracked, and a replacement fee applies to totes that are lost or badly damaged โ details in our Terms.
How big are they?
Each tote is a 27-gallon bin, comparable to a large moving box.
